We are seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager cum Concept Creator to drive innovation across our F&B and entertainment outlets. The ideal candidate will combine marketing expertise with a strong sense of visual storytelling, operational understanding and practical execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dish Presentation & Packaging Design
- Develop creative presentation ideas and packaging concepts for new and existing dishes.
- Work with culinary teams to ensure dish concepts are visually appealing and brand-aligned.
2. Menu & Package Development
- Enhance and curate menus and customer packages, particularly for our KTV and lifestyle outlets.
- Ensure offerings are relevant, attractive and revenue-driven.
3. Concept Creation & Fit-Out Execution:
- Lead small-scale venue enhancements and thematic upgrades.
- Source and purchase materials, working alongside our in-house handyman team for fit-outs.
- Translate ideas from mood boards to physical spaces.
4. Promotion Strategy
- Propose impactful promotional campaigns in line with seasonal events and customer insights.
- Collaborate with internal marketing team and out-sourced third party marketing agency to execute promotions effectively.
5. Visual Concept Development
- Create mood boards and style guides that set the tone for new concepts or seasonal updates.
- Ensure strong visual storytelling from concept to final execution.
6. Training & Implementation:
- Conduct training sessions for service crews to ensure consistent implementation of new concepts on the ground.
- Monitor alignment of frontline execution with brand standards.
Experience & Qualification Requirements
- Background in F&B or Marketing
- Experience in either kitchen or floor operations OR in brand/product marketing.
- Strong Creative Vision
- Proven ability to conceptualize and implement successful brand and product concepts.
- Execution-Oriented
- Hands-on experience with small-scale fit-outs and venue enhancements.
- Ability to source, purchase and manage props and equipment related to new concepts.
- Operational Understanding
- Experience in cost control (kitchen or floor) is a strong advantage.
- Supplier Management
- Skilled in vendor sourcing, liaison, and negotiation.
