🎯 岗位职责 | Responsibilities

• 策划、拍摄、剪辑视频内容（短视频/长视频）

• 视频投放至 TikTok / 小红书 / YouTube / 抖音/视频号/B站等平台

• 了解并运用各平台的投放机制及规则

• 跟拍客户或团队外景拍摄，偶尔有出差需求

• 追踪数据表现，优化内容表现

Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content

Publish content across TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, IG etc.

Understand and apply ad/content rules per platform

Occasionally join outdoor shooting or travel for projects

Track performance and continuously optimize strategy

✅ 任职要求 | Requirements

• 精通中英文听说读写（必要条件）

• 会拍摄，精通剪辑软件（如 Premiere Pro, CapCut 等）

• 熟悉各大社交媒体算法与内容规则

• 至少1年相关经验

• 新加坡公民或PR

• Fluent in Chinese & English (spoken & written)

• Strong video shooting & editing skills

• Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and ad policies

• Min. 1 year of relevant experience

• Singapore Citizen or PR only

• 底薪 SGD 3,000 + 提成

• 综合收入最高可达 SGD 8,000+/月

• Base Salary: SGD 3,000 + Commission
