Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Outlet Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will support the management in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards in our establishment.

Job Description:
• Managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing strategies and improve customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts as required
