Timing/Shifts: 9-10 hours/day, 5-6 days/week

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500/month

Role Overview:

Waffle Up is expanding fast—and we need experienced leaders to run our stores smoothly! If you have F&B supervisory experience and love managing teams, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations and team scheduling
• Drive sales and manage customer satisfaction
• Ensure hygiene, food quality, and service standards are met
• Handle stock orders, inventory, and supplier coordination
• Train and manage junior staff and performance reviews
• Report directly to Area Manager/Operations Head

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory F&B role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with POS and basic Excel reporting
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Experience with Halal F&B operations is an added advantage.
• Candidates with a valid WSQ Food Safety Certification are preferred. Training support is available for the right candidate.
• Minimum commitment of at least 6 months
