Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to patient phone calls, messages and enquiry emails
• Managing appointment schedules
• Patient recalls
• Registration and discharging of patients
• Payment collection
• Dispensing of medication and post-op instructions
• Contacting respective laboratories for pick up
• Administrative tasks such as medisave and insurance submissions, payments and reconciliation

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm

Salary:

• Up to $2500 + AWS

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ‘N’/’O’ levels or equivalent with basic computer skills
• Possess pleasant personality
• Preferably 1-2 years of front line/customer service experience
