Receptionist

Gross: $2000

5 day work week (rotating shift)

Working hours (8-hr shift):

• 7.30am to 3.30pm or 1.30pm to 9.30pm on weekdays
• 7.15am to 3.15pm or 10am to 6pm on weekend/PH

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members & assisting with check-ins
• Building rapport with new and existing members
• Handling payments when required
• Assisting with bookings, cancellations or requests by members
• Achieving membership monthly target set by HQ
• Attending to phone/walk-in/email/text enquiries
• Actively seeking new sale opportunities
• Maintaining studio's cleanliness
• Printing and emailing EOD sales reports to Directors
• All other ad-hoc duties given by Store Manager

Requirements

• Pleasant personality and loves meeting new people
• Relevant working experience in customer service and/or sales
• Outstanding communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• A great team player with strong initiative
• Ability to multitask
• Reliable and punctual
• Fluency in English oral and written. (Able to communicate in Japanese is a plus!)
• Having a fitness background will be an added advantage!
