Recruitment Consultant | Up to $3500 | 5 Days | Clarke Quay

Key Duties:

• Collaborate closely with recruiters or account managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess fit against job specifications, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or recruiters.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness and continuously refine strategies to ensure faster fulfillment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment sourcing, research, or talent acquisition support roles.
• Ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Min. Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
