Job Description:

The Assistant Manager helps manage restaurant operations, leading the team and ensuring top-quality food, service, and cleanliness in coordination with the restaurant manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and assist with staff scheduling
• Train and support staff to maintain high service standards
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Chinese cuisine and culture preferred
• Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
• Background in franchise restaurants is a plus
