Job Description:

The Server provides attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. You will be knowledgeable about the menu and Chinese dining customs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• Provide menu recommendations
• Serve food and drinks accurately and promptly
• Handle payments and finalize checks
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned tables and section
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
