Restaurant Supervisor (Fine Dining)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to manage floor operations at our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will lead by example, uphold service excellence, and ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and service staff
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service quality standards
• Handle guest reservations, feedback, and special requests professionally
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
• Coach and train new team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in the F&B or fine dining industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
