5 Days / Week (44 Hours)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Ensure cleanliness of restaurant
• Ensure compliance with SFA regulations
• Manages the service team, monitors daily operations, and ensures quality standards are met
• Responsible for training and developing staff, resolving customer complaints, ensuring timely service, and handling operational issues
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management and/or immediate superior

Job Requirements

• Experience in a similar role for 1 year
• Candidates who possess a Food Hygiene certificate will have an added advantage
• Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self motivated with good people skills
• Willing to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
