Dear Muse Makeup, a leading bridal beauty brand, seeks a Social Media Marketer to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand growth.
This role includes social media management, content creation, influencer collaborations, and marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates have experience in content creation, basic photo editing, and digital marketing, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Marketing
- Oversee and manage our social media presence, curating high-quality content such as posts, stories, and reels while engaging with our audience.
- Develop creative, high-impact content, including graphics, captions, and short-form videos, to drive engagement.
- Conduct basic photo editing to enhance marketing visuals and maintain brand consistency.
- Brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Plan and manage brand events, bridal shows, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Secure and coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring seamless content creation and timely execution.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with vendors, influencers, and industry professionals to expand our reach.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our audience.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, enhance lead generation, and drive conversions.
Admin
- Handle client inquiries, offering expert guidance and planning support for weddings and photoshoots.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience.
- Coordinate team schedules and service providers, ensuring smooth operations and accurate billing.
- Issue invoices, maintain CRM records, and ensure accurate documentation of business operations.
- Assist the Manager with ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation managing social media content scheduling for platforms (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Strong skills in content creation, including graphic design, and short-form video production.
- Experience in coordinating influencer collaborations and managing content timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred.
- Should have at least 2 years of working experience in marketing, preferably in the B2C industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g Canva) and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut).
- Passion for the wedding industry and staying abreast of industry trends and developments
