Handle enquiries (calls and emails) from the employers and MWs, including escalations from Organistion Customer Centre.
Assist to e-route FormSG and CRM cases to relevant team
Review and tabulate PWM consent forms received from the companies submission.
Manage PWM consent mailbox and replies.
Follow up on clarifications and queries from MWs and employers on the PWM requirement.
Handling of returned mails for letters sent out by CPG team
Manage the queries and process appeals against insufficient quota/ local workforce discrepancy due to LQS revision.
Requirement:

Duration/ Working hours:
10 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
