Had an amazing meal with friends at Haidilao on Saturday. It was visibly packed and the staff were all working very hard. Perhaps they were short staffed on the day. But food and service **were** great nonetheless.
In particular, I would like to praise 汪雪梅. She was brilliant! Not only did she do an incredible job serving us, I also noticed she was giving the same amazing service to 5 other tables besides us! Her passion and smiles were shining through despite the massive workload. Props to you Xue Mei! We will be back :)

Haidilao Hot Pot at Clarke Quay is located amongst the bars and clubs. It is on Level 2, and a lift is available. During the daytime, the place is quite secluded and pleasant, with a view of the Singapore River from the window. The service and food are consistent. Side dishes are nice, and a variety of fruits are available. Coffee is also available. Cold beancurd and jelly fruit desserts are nice!

Best HDL experience in my whole life. It is really quiet, and you eat with a view of the Singapore River. Jing Jing, my server, is amazing. She recommended us a bunch of dishes to try! Would come again!

This Haidilao outlet offers many amenities. I was surprised to also see a mouthwash dispenser at the sink area, in addition to the usual tidbits and games at the entrance. Service was top-notch, and the food was fresh.
We had a birthday celebration, and Kevin (the ever-attentive waiter) sang the old couple a birthday song.
We spent about $545 for 11 of us on February 16, 2025 (Sunday).

Had a great time having dinner with my family here. Luckily, I participated in the lucky draw and won a reward: a 2-hour meat refill. Also, the waitress named 璘璘 provided the best service to us, good at taking care of customers. Thanks for the day.

Celebrated my birthday here! Thanks Haidilao for the great hospitality! The service provided by the lady waitress attending to my table (table 2) around 6 PM was really good. She was so sweet and attentive to remind me about my nails reservation. Thank you for helping celebrate my birthday and for the decorations! Lots of love to the HDL team at Clarke Quay. Many people probably celebrated their birthday here because the team is so lovely! By the way, I don't know if they provide cake because my friend bought a cake for me. It was so kind of them to help us with the surprise too.

The service was exceptional, featuring multiple performances such as the face-changing master. Drinks were refilled without asking, and empty dishes were cleared immediately.
We had an enjoyable experience. We really thank you for the birthday cake and everything. We'll be back!

Had dinner at HDL. Both the service and food were good. Hope the standard remains. I've been to a different outlet, but this one is nearer to my workplace and slightly less crowded. Before leaving, a staff member, Shiqin (琴琴), approached us to offer a manicure. She was really fast and professional 💅. Cat eye nails look super cool. Love it.
