I've been patronising Into Beauty for several years now, and I must say that their service is amazing. All the staff are professional and perform the beauty services with utmost care. The facial by Belle is so relaxing, and the extraction is not painful. I can actually see great results on my skin over the years. They recommend only what is necessary and don't do any hard selling. The place itself is very clean and has a calming, relaxing vibe. The massage by Cathy and Hannah is wonderful. They understand the aches and pains that I have and use the right technique to give relief and relaxation. I highly recommend this place.

I bought a 2.5-hour session via the Fave App. The services (massage and facial) were superb! It was so relaxing. There was no hard selling.

I bought a 2.5-hour spa package from Fave. The appointment was made promptly via WhatsApp on Monday. I had quite a fantastic massage by a Chinese lady at the outlet. She had excellent skills and was very dedicated. The facial by a local Malaysian lady was mediocre and not properly done. I even had some cream left in my eyes. Overall, it was worth buying the voucher as the massage was great.

Absolutely LOUSY service. Called the salon to make an appointment for a facial, and the person just said, "we are fully booked" and hung up the line. No offer of other dates or times. Then I WhatsApped the salon number to book and was told opening hours were "weekends 11-9pm". I asked for Sunday at 7pm, only for them to reply, "we work on Sundays from 10-6pm". So, they can't serve customers on the phone and can't even understand English to serve customers on WhatsApp? What terrible customer service you have!

I’m glad that I finally used up my package with them. The first time I went, using a ShopBack voucher, I got it for $30++ for 2.5 hours of facial, body scrub, and body massage. Facial was very brief. The massage, done by a Chinese aunty, was very good. At the end of the session, the manager-looking auntie (I think her name is Belle) was very reluctant to let me leave, hard-selling at the highest level. I was so hungry and tired that I felt I had no choice but to comply and signed a two-time package. It was the worst hard-selling experience I had in my life; I even thought of paying for the package just so I could go home. Trust me, she’s no joke. The second and third (LAST) times, I was served by a Thai-looking lady, Hannah. I think she served many customers throughout the day so she seemed tired and rushed to finish the session. She skipped some steps, e.g., doing something on the left but never on the right side. When I asked her, she said she had already done it, which wasn't true. I took it as she had a long day at work, which was forgivable. Finally, they moved to a new spot which is nearer to the entrance from the MRT. I could clearly hear the passersby chitchatting during my session. The treatment room was shady and cramped, like a space seen in a 0.5x photo. It was a room within a room, with a curtain for segregation. While I was waiting for my masseur, I could hear people walking into the outer room to retrieve items. Privacy was at a minimum. I felt nothing but fear whenever I thought of going to INTO BEAUTY to use my package. I quickly put on my shoes after my massage was done. I was caught by another manager-looking auntie, trying to pressure me to sign another package. Luckily, she was not as persistent as Belle, thank goodness! By the way, all the aunties there are rather intimidating.
