I've been training with Melissa for about 7 months. She is very friendly, encouraging, and attentive. She always takes my body's condition for that day into consideration and plans the workout accordingly. She also checks if I'm feeling alright after each workout. I learned about this place through a friend, and have been under the training guidance of Gina. She’s been lovely and constantly checking in on me throughout the time I’ve been training with her. I started off pretty unfit and was unsure of how to handle the equipment in the gym by myself. Gina helps by advising on the proper usage of the equipment while utilising the right muscles during the workouts. She also provides advice on how I can change my diet to reach my goal of weight loss and muscle gain. The location of the gym was also pretty centralised, and the training space has a variety of equipment. Overall, lovely experience and insights gained during my time with JG!

I've been training with Gina for about 2 years now. The sessions are well-structured, always including proper warm-up sessions before the main workout. Also, Gina tracks all the workouts, making it easy to see progress. She's especially great at working around injuries and structuring workouts to strengthen the necessary muscles affected by them, especially if you share input from your medical professionals. While the workouts can sometimes be hard, Gina is very upbeat and friendly, so chatting between sets makes the workouts easier.

I have been training with J&G Fitness for a year now. Gina is very dedicated in her training, and she has provided me with customized training programs since I was recovering from two abdominal surgeries. If you need someone to provide proper guidance and to physically challenge yourself, I definitely recommend Gina. The environment is quiet, quaint, private, and well-equipped for every session. After all, the only competition is yourself, and there's no one else to stress you out compared to bigger gyms, and no long queues fighting over equipment.
