Very nice Sanrio stuff. The staff were very helpful. I got Sanrio gifts for my friends, and the Sanrio keychains, bags, and more were of very good quality.

Do not play Kuji in Kaikai Gift. Their last prize is not free for the buyout buyer. Their regulation requires an additional $15 top-up to obtain the last prize. This is the first time I've encountered this, despite having played Kuji for many years. I recommend going to Seimon-cho, TOG, La Tendo, Otaku House, and The Collector Base to play, and the online store Toycoin for Sanrio Kuji and many more. It was truly disappointing when I heard my friend mention this incident while she bought out a Sanrio Kuji today.

The item to be purchased is out of stock. To request stock, the customer needs to pay the full amount, or else the item will not be ordered.
But the shop promised the customer 1 month to receive the item. They never clearly told the customer that if an order does not meet their minimum order requirement, the items will not be shipped out.
They never even bothered to call the customer to inform them of the delay. I called them at least a few times, but they could not even confirm the item's deadline. This shows no business ethics.

Buyers beware!!!
Products are not always from Japan as stated on their website. I bought a watch, and it was made in China. Only after purchasing was I told that this $200 present does not come with a warranty!
What's worse... the same item, after a bit of research by my partner, could have been purchased online for $25.
I understand one needs to make a profit, but a markup of 700%?!
It's my fault for not checking before paying, but I am hoping this review will stop other shoppers from getting ripped off by this shop.

My daughter adores this place! She loves to spend time checking out new toys, especially their Hello Kitty collections. They also have other gift options for all ages. The store owner and staff are friendly, and they offer freebies if you buy in bulk.

Should be one star! When I placed a deposit for a pair of rubber shoes on 7 Aug 2020, they claimed it would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. When I called 2 weeks later to enquire, they rudely told me that it would take a month. It is now close to a month since I placed the order, and there's still no news. And they actually had the size that I wanted but used it as a sample pair to get more orders. I can appreciate that, but the shop should honour their promise to the customer ☹

It's best to visit when you need to buy Hello Kitty stuff. Owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. The shop is close to the MRT station.
