Do not play Kuji in Kaikai Gift. Their last prize is not free for the buyout buyer. Their regulation requires an additional $15 top-up to obtain the last prize. This is the first time I've encountered this, despite having played Kuji for many years. I recommend going to Seimon-cho, TOG, La Tendo, Otaku House, and The Collector Base to play, and the online store Toycoin for Sanrio Kuji and many more. It was truly disappointing when I heard my friend mention this incident while she bought out a Sanrio Kuji today.

The item to be purchased is out of stock. To request stock, the customer needs to pay the full amount, or else the item will not be ordered.
But the shop promised the customer 1 month to receive the item. They never clearly told the customer that if an order does not meet their minimum order requirement, the items will not be shipped out.
They never even bothered to call the customer to inform them of the delay. I called them at least a few times, but they could not even confirm the item's deadline. This shows no business ethics.

Products are not always from Japan as stated on their website. I bought a watch, and it was made in China. Only after purchasing was I told that this $200 present does not come with a warranty!
What's worse... the same item, after a bit of research by my partner, could have been purchased online for $25.
I understand one needs to make a profit, but a markup of 700%?!
It's my fault for not checking before paying, but I am hoping this review will stop other shoppers from getting ripped off by this shop.

Should be one star! When I placed a deposit for a pair of rubber shoes on 7 Aug 2020, they claimed it would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. When I called 2 weeks later to enquire, they rudely told me that it would take a month. It is now close to a month since I placed the order, and there's still no news. And they actually had the size that I wanted but used it as a sample pair to get more orders. I can appreciate that, but the shop should honour their promise to the customer ☹

Lots of Sanrio products that are a feast to the eyes if you are a Sanrio fan. Everything was individually wrapped and arranged neatly on the counters. Prices are a bit on the high side, but that's to be expected for Sanrio products. Nice place to check out if you love Hello Kitty and Badtz-Maru.

Hidden gem selling a ton of Sanrio products! Not sure how authentic some of them are, but this is one of the only shops in SG with such a wide array of Sanrio goods.

They have a wide range of Sanrio licensed merchandise, and the items are all very cute and kawaii. They have soft toys, keychains, notebooks, pencil cases, pouches, cups and plates, etc. Service is friendly too. The lady boss is very polite and kind. I bought 2 writing pads for my Aussie friend.

Went there on a morning in July 2025.
* The nearby MRT station is just a block away from the building, but I was a bit lost and ended up taking the longest route instead.
* Nearby escalator, easy to find.
* It looks legit. The price is more reasonable than the official store (a small plushie cost SGD39 compared to SGD79 at the airport/Orchard store).
* Lots of varieties; my daughter loved looking at the dolls.
* I do not know if the two elderly women who attended us at the shop were owners, but I salute them for their hard work! ❤️
