Had a wonderful experience at the pool! Best dog pool we went to by far. The place was clean and air-conditioned. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. It's a big plus that they also have dedicated shower cubicles and drying rooms with dryers provided. Will visit again soon!

Nice new place for furkids to try swimming. Clean facilities and friendly staff. There are shower and drying booths. But the water could be a bit warmer, as a few small dogs were shivering. Also, the chloramine smell was strong.

We really loved the interior and the whole vibe as soon as we stepped into Fort Canine! It was my dog’s first time, and Butti (we hope we spelled his name correctly!) was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable for using the dog bathing and drying facilities. We also appreciated that they had a changing room for the humans.

This is an indoor doggie play pool. Owners get up close and personal with the doggies when they swim. Self-service shower and blow-dry facilities are available, which makes it so convenient. Within the same compound, there are also doggie grooming and physio rehab services available. I have been there a few times with my dog and will be going back again.

Just tried Fort Canine for the first time and was not impressed. Despite its strategic location in a 'central' area, it seems like much improvement is still needed. All three areas share one common entry and exit point: grooming, physio, and pool. I would have assumed the design of the workflow would have been approved by dog experts given such an established brand name in SG, but, disappointingly, this is not the case. What happens if there's a dog that seems uncomfortable with the incoming crowd? What happens if there's a disruptive dog in either of the groups incoming or outgoing from the pool, grooming place, or physio? There are simply no alternative routes, and dogs are being forced to ‘face’ their triggers. This is a big no-no for me. As a seasoned professional in the industry, this mindlessness is simply unacceptable.

The pool was heated and fairly clean. You can still see lots of fur floating around, which is kind of expected. The water was slightly murky, which I hope is due to the minerals. One thing I didn't like was that they didn't check whether the dogs had their vaccinations or positive titer test, which they stated on their website were required. I'd rather not have something like this based on a trust system, considering one of the dogs puked in the pool (but was quickly cleaned up). All in all, the facility was quite nice and clean considering the number of dogs. But please check the basic health of the dogs entering.

We came to Mutts & Mittens Active at Clarke Quay specifically for what they claimed to be a mineral pool for dogs. What we actually got was a pool reeking of chlorine, no different from a public swimming pool. There was absolutely nothing “mineral” about it. Our dogs’ fur felt dry and rough after the swim, even after a thorough rinse and conditioning, which has never happened at actual mineral pools. If their idea of a mineral pool is just chlorine water with a fancy label, that’s incredibly misleading. It's misleading to advertise something premium if you're not going to deliver on it. It’s disappointing and frankly quite frustrating. The team seriously needs to be honest about the kind of water treatment they use, because this felt like false advertising.

Such a fun experience for both me and my dog! The pool is super clean, and the staff were so friendly and patient. It was my pup’s first swim, and the staff guided us through everything — life jacket, shallow entry, the works. Loved the setup and will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this place! Brought my dog here for a swim on Saturday, and it was a great experience. The pool is super clean, spacious, and I believe they designed it well. It even has a platform in the pool where my dog can rest. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Brendan gave us tips since it was my dog’s first time swimming. We were initially worried since it was his first time, but he ended up being all good – perhaps even a natural! Overall, we felt really welcome and at ease. Highly recommend for pawrents who want to bring their dog to swim.

As a dog owner, I’ve brought my pup swimming at several places around the island — but the indoor dog pool at Mutts & Mittens Active (Fort Canine) truly stands out. From the moment we stepped in, I was impressed by how clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed the space was. The pool is fully sheltered (great for Singapore’s unpredictable weather), and the mineral water is gentle on my dog’s skin. My pup isn’t the strongest swimmer, but the sloped entry and provided flotation jackets made the experience super easy and stress-free. I could tell he felt safe and confident — and the heated pool was the icing on the cake, keeping both dogs and paw-rents comfortable throughout the session. The staff were friendly, patient, and very attentive, even guiding my dog through his first few laps. It’s rare to find a place that’s both fun and safe for our furry companions — but this place nails it. Highly recommend to any Singaporean paw-rents looking for a top-notch swim experience!
