The service attitude of the staff here is so bad. They offered no explanation or advice to customers, instead displaying a contemptuous attitude. This will be the first and last time I come here; it's terrible.

Pretty empty on a weekday night, perfect place to chill and grab a quick bite. Sub prices have gone up, though. Not sure why, but the Clarke Quay outlet did not have the value meals. I only realized the $6.50 value meals were still around when I walked past the Chinatown Point outlet right after dinner :”)"

The price is reasonable at 10.90 for a set of bread, a drink, and cookies 🍪. A quiet and clean place to enjoy a meal. The food is delicious, and the staff are enthusiastic.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the repeated issues I've encountered with my orders from Subway. This is not the first time I've faced problems, but this recent experience has left me extremely frustrated and feeling that my concerns are not being taken seriously. Here are the issues I've faced: I want to reiterate that these issues have occurred many times, not just once or twice. 1. **Lack of Vegetables:** In my most recent order, I received almost no vegetables. I’ve attached photos to show the unacceptable quality and quantity of what I received. 2. **Incorrect Bread:** Previously, I ordered a foot-long sandwich with specific instructions to use multigrain bread due to my dietary needs as a diabetic. Despite clearly stating this, the bread was replaced with two different types, neither of which I can safely consume. 3. **Missing Items:** I have consistently experienced missing items in my orders, which is incredibly frustrating, especially when I have paid for them. These repeated mistakes are unacceptable. I feel disrespected as a customer, particularly when my health concerns are disregarded. A refund does not address the inconvenience and the potential risk to my health. The quality of the vegetables was also appalling, and they appeared dirty and unfit for consumption. I demand immediate action to address these issues, and I expect a response explaining how Subway plans to ensure that this does not happen again. This situation needs to be taken seriously.

Smoky BBQ Beef Brisket was very cold. They did not properly heat it. The customer service was terrible. Malaysia's Subway is way better! Sad. I paid so much, but it tasted awful.

Excellent service from Mischa. She recommended the signature menu. I ordered the smokey BBQ beef brisket. The sandwich was smoking good! I'm going to try the other 4 signature sandwiches. Thanks Mischa!

I can only agree with the comments made here by others and would strongly advise others to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The staff do not even attempt to provide good service. Bread is often unavailable. Staff are rude and dismissive. I just don't understand why the franchise continues to support them. It's the Subway brand that's in the frame here. They don't deserve my business, and their cavalier attitude meant that they didn't! They can shove their baguettes where the sun doesn't shine, in my view. I'll never go back to them.
