Most relaxing facial I've ever had. Therapists Vanny and Jolene are very experienced, and their techniques are very good and soothing. Fell asleep a few times. The extraction was not painful. Will definitely return.

Had such a great session here for pre-vacation prep! The therapist managed to remove a milia seed that had been there for ages, something previous places couldn't remove. Will come back!!

From booking until the end of the session, there was clear communication throughout regarding how to get to the location, what the facial entails, and the process. The therapist, Vani, was so professional and great. I loved that a massage was included during the mask, a feature other places often don't include. It was a lovely experience!

One of the best facials I’ve had. I got the cryo facial, which hydrated my skin and left me feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and visibly brighter. I recommend this place: it’s a beautiful studio, and the ambiance sets you up nicely for the most relaxing spa facial you’ve ever gotten! The therapist was hands-on the whole time. She was very skilled (10/10) and it felt like she really knew my skin and its needs. It was a much-needed pampering session just ahead of my birthday this year. I’m happy!

I've been coming here for the past 3 months to get their Bridal Radiance Facial, and my skin has never felt better! Extractions were not very painful, and the facial was very nice and relaxing. They come up with recommendations that are well-suited to my skin, and they definitely do not hard-sell! I will come here again after this to try out their other facial treatments. The entire facial process, from the moment you enter where you are offered the use of the restroom and a warm beverage, to the moment you leave when you are again offered the same facilities, is extremely professional and relaxing. The atmosphere and choice of music are soothing. The extraction is precise and efficient. The scents of the products used are also calming. I have been coming to this facial place for many months now, having purchased two packages. I 100% recommend for a high-quality, consistent, and enjoyable facial service.

Extractions were seamless and almost pain-free; my skin barely had any redness despite being usually prone to it. The massage was amazing and melted away all the tension in my neck and shoulders. I felt completely refreshed. The cooling mask felt soothing and refreshing. I left with noticeably glowing skin and a sense of satisfaction and rejuvenation. My therapist was professional and patient throughout the entire process, and there was absolutely no hard selling, which I appreciated. This is a facial spot I would absolutely recommend and look forward to coming back for another amazing experience ❤️

A quaint little place tucked away in a very commercial-looking office building. If not for the careful and detailed instructions from the staff, I might have gotten lost finding it, thinking that I had gone to the wrong place. And on that note, the staff is really thoughtful in providing very detailed instructions for entering the building. After learning that I was coming by car, they even sent me a short clip to show the route to their location from the only drop-off point at The Central. And that really helps! Otherwise, it might take quite a while to locate Soho 1 for those who are not familiar with that area (like me). So the thoughtfulness of the staff is really quite something. I booked a bespoke session of 110 minutes and enjoyed the whole session. The facial therapist, Jolene, after checking a bit with me, recommended a combination of machines for the session. She was very gentle with her touch and skilled in what she did. She laid out what she would be doing during the session and just let me rest and enjoy the whole session. The extraction was mostly painless for me, but I think there were some rather stubborn milia that refused to part with me, so Jolene just had to persuade them harder. But she always patted the area gently to soothe the pain (I suppose) when a difficult one was done. I really appreciated the gesture, as it did help. :) The mask was not left on for a longer time as I thought it would be, but coupled with the shoulder massage, it was still a refreshing finish to the whole session. If there's anything I hoped they would do better or more, it might be that the facial could extend to the neck a little more. What's most amazing to me is that there is no hard sell at all! Yes, even after a glass of warm and soothing longan red date tea. The next step was just payment. And I even had to volunteer to make the next appointment! How interesting and rare is this in the beauty market nowadays? So, just for such professionalism alone, I am happy to give 5 stars. But they have good facial treatments to garner that! They didn't give me any discount for writing this review, so don't think the many good reviews are because of that. And even if the mask or products they used are simple, as some reviewer(s) suggested, the uniquely calm and serene place and the fact that I was pampered by someone with such a professional attitude, it's worth the price and the journey. (A side note: A facial is not a miracle, so please don't expect unrealistic results. Just enjoy a good time with yourself if you opt for a facial. :) )
