This is our second visit to The Pet Physio, which is centrally located at Clarke Quay along River Valley Road (inside Fort Canine, home to a dog-friendly cafe, pet shop, and pool). Our Berner, Charlie, simply adores the team – Head Physiotherapist Ian and JY – and is super happy to see them. Their love and care for animals shines through, and they are incredibly patient and creative with Charlie in helping him work through the challenges. Charlie has a weak back and hind legs, and we were recommended hydrotherapy by our vet. While Charlie didn’t take to the treadmill much, Ian was very supportive and gave Charlie the space and pace to feel comfortable to try again. Ian is so generous with his training tips and genuinely cares about Charlie’s progress. We see improvement after the first session and are excited to continue the work with The Pet Physio. While they are a small team, Ian and JY deliver a high-touch, effortless, and engaging service at a reasonable pricing—such a rare and precious combination. Ian and JY are wonderful humans who are incredibly talented, professional, kind, and passionate—and we are so happy to have them as part of Charlie’s pack! 🐶

Ian - Exceptional Dog Physio My dog Bentley, who turns 11 in April 2025, was in terrible pain due to multiple slipped discs. Even barking would make him wince, and it was heartbreaking to see him in that state. Ian worked wonders with laser therapy and dry needling, combined with 10 days of rest. The transformation was incredible—Bentley was soon flying up and down the sofa like his old self again! To ensure his long-term comfort, we now see Ian every two weeks for laser therapy and physio exercises. His expertise and care have made such a difference in Bentley’s quality of life. We’re also excited to join Ian’s hydrotherapy workshop soon to keep Bentley active and pain-free. Ian is truly exceptional, and I can’t recommend his services enough!
