Fully recommend them. They fixed many of my pet's issues within just one session. The team is very knowledgeable, probably also because the main consultant is a certified human physiotherapist. The clinic sits within a pet-focused venue, which is lots of fun.

I’m so happy we found this place for our senior dog. Although my dog has done hydropool, it was his first time trying out water treadmill. Ian and Jia Yan were both very caring and motivated our dog with toys and treats. Ian was very knowledgeable and was generous to share **tips** on caring for our dog. The place was very clean, and they offer packages and a la carte treatments **that cater** to different needs. Highly recommend this place to any pet owners who want overall wellness for their dogs.

My senior pet (15 years old) has been receiving regular treatment from a pet physiotherapist. Ian and his assistant are very professional, patient, and loving. The treatment includes machine therapy, activities, and home care tips. My pet’s mobility has greatly improved after the therapy. Physiotherapy is long-term care for a senior dog and a vital part of their recovery. We appreciate the therapist's professional treatment and advice.

I went to The Pet Physio twice, in October and November 2024, because Sky has hip dysplasia on both hips. This was our first experience at a pet therapist. I decided to bring Sky there because the location is convenient, and I hoped the treatment would help Sky in the future. The team is knowledgeable and patient. They also responded quickly and were helpful if I had any queries via WhatsApp. It's not easy to do therapy on pets. Sky was wandering around like an excited child, and the team had to coax him to follow the instructions. Sky had laser therapy, spinal massage, and some exercises to strengthen his muscles. Ian also taught me how to do the massage, and I noticed Sky felt better after the sessions. Thank you, The Pet Physio.

My pup started leaning to the side while walking. She hesitates climbing stairs and now jumps up them instead of her usual climb. This led me to check her into a vet and training school, but X-rays and her form didn't show anything. It was only when I brought her to Ian @thepetphysio that a quick consultation showed her hind legs were having some issues, like muscle strain or similar. We started encouraging her to use her hind legs more, and we signed up for the Hydro Treadmill package, which saved us some money compared to other rehab clinics. After the sessions, we clearly saw the improvement in her, and she is now a happier pug! I love the friendly yet professional service there, and their meticulous attention to cleanliness, especially the hydrotreadmill, puts my heart at ease, especially for her itchy skin. I highly recommend them; it's a clinic in a central area, and we can even have a swim or drink at Clarke Quay afterward! 🤭🤣♥️

We were referred to Ian and JY due to Chocolate's spinal curvature and back pain. They were very patient with Chocolate, and it was heartwarming to see him warm up to them gradually. They recommended some exercises for Chocolate to strengthen his hind legs. Coupled with the laser therapy and magnetic stimulation, Chocolate's posture and walk improved in a few sessions, and I can see his confidence growing now!

I can feel their heart for our little ones and appreciate their genuineness and purpose in running this clinic. Misty had quite a hunched back due to her walking habits since she was young, and she is now 11 years old. We were recommended by our vet to visit them, and in just one session (1h), we saw an obvious change in her back. They did some laser and infrared treatment and taught us exercises to rehab Misty, build her muscles, and provide her gentle massages to soothe her pain. We observed a major difference in Misty's posture the very day after the physio session, and they also gave us the confidence and knowledge to self-rehab her and give her a better and more comfortable life.

We were recommended to Ian and his team at Pet Physio by a vet. We noticed that our 6-year-old golden was experiencing some movement peculiarities, especially in his hind limbs. Fearing early-onset hip dysplasia, the doctor talked us through some treatments, and we decided to go with Physiotherapy. After 3 sessions of laser and hydrotherapy, Mooch’s hindquarters have made remarkable improvement. He’s more energetic and is a pup all over again. Plus, he absolutely loves the place, Ian, and the team, and looks forward to his Saturdays with them.

This is our second visit to The Pet Physio, which is centrally located at Clarke Quay along River Valley Road (inside Fort Canine, home to a dog-friendly cafe, pet shop, and pool). Our Berner, Charlie, simply adores the team – Head Physiotherapist Ian and JY – and is super happy to see them. Their love and care for animals shines through, and they are incredibly patient and creative with Charlie in helping him work through the challenges. Charlie has a weak back and hind legs, and we were recommended hydrotherapy by our vet. While Charlie didn’t take to the treadmill much, Ian was very supportive and gave Charlie the space and pace to feel comfortable to try again. Ian is so generous with his training tips and genuinely cares about Charlie’s progress. We see improvement after the first session and are excited to continue the work with The Pet Physio. While they are a small team, Ian and JY deliver a high-touch, effortless, and engaging service at a reasonable pricing—such a rare and precious combination. Ian and JY are wonderful humans who are incredibly talented, professional, kind, and passionate—and we are so happy to have them as part of Charlie’s pack! 🐶

Ian - Exceptional Dog Physio My dog Bentley, who turns 11 in April 2025, was in terrible pain due to multiple slipped discs. Even barking would make him wince, and it was heartbreaking to see him in that state. Ian worked wonders with laser therapy and dry needling, combined with 10 days of rest. The transformation was incredible—Bentley was soon flying up and down the sofa like his old self again! To ensure his long-term comfort, we now see Ian every two weeks for laser therapy and physio exercises. His expertise and care have made such a difference in Bentley’s quality of life. We’re also excited to join Ian’s hydrotherapy workshop soon to keep Bentley active and pain-free. Ian is truly exceptional, and I can’t recommend his services enough!
