Had a session with Denise today, and she was awesome. She helped me loosen up all my tight spots around my shoulders. Also, she taught me a lot of exercises that I can do at home, which was very valuable to me. Highly recommended!

Sports massage with Denise. I had a hamstring injury that I needed help with, and Denise was able to look into it, address the related muscles, and relieve the tension there. I also had a new injury on my shin which she helped to smooth out. Denise also showed me some exercises to add to my current routine to help with relief and reduce the occurrence of my injuries. Denise has excellent knowledge, and I am thankful for her help today. Thank you so much!

Had a sports massage session with Denise. She is very friendly and did an amazing job identifying the root cause of the injury and relieving the tight muscles that were causing it. Afterward, she taught me some useful exercises to help strengthen my muscles. Highly recommended!

I do a lot of heavy barbell work (squat, bench, deadlift) and never realized how much tension/pain I was actually carrying around in my body until Denise pointed out all the problem areas and worked on them! Obviously, it’s incredibly painful during the massage, but I always feel a million times better after. Denise is also super patient in answering all the questions I have and showing the mobility exercises I can do myself for maintenance.

The Sports Care Centre superseded my expectations when I booked a massage with Denise via ClassPass. Denise is knowledgeable and has provided me with much relief from the pain in my back. She also taught me exercises that would benefit my recovery. Through her, I got to know Alice, who is the physiotherapist at the centre. Both of them are empathetic to my situation and have been extremely helpful in my recovery. I still see them on a weekly basis, and I feel much better and hopeful that I will be totally pain-free very soon. I highly recommend them.

Denise is the most amazing therapist. I've been to a few over the years, and Denise is definitely the most skillful. She is always able to unknot my very tight areas and even identify areas that I didn't know had ailments. Highly recommended.

I went for a sports massage from Denise to relieve tightness and tension in my neck, traps, and shoulders. It was painful but OH SO GOOD. Denise really zeroed in on the affected joints and muscles, and even used tools for those hard-to-reach muscles. She also gave me tips on how I can do some self-massage at home. The location of the centre is also very accessible. I will definitely be back!

Denise was very knowledgeable and helped release the muscles that were causing me a lot of discomfort. She could easily identify the spots and has taught me different ways to manage the pain and mobilise my joints to reduce the stiffness I had been experiencing. I highly recommend visiting Denise if you are experiencing any discomfort and would like someone to help relieve your pain.

Denise was my massage therapist. I came to her due to sciatica I've been experiencing for the past week. Her massage was intense, but she was accommodating to my pain level. On top of that, she was very thorough in explaining what she was doing and what I can do to manage my pain. At the end of the massage, she took her time to go through some exercises with me to help me manage my sciatica better. Couldn't ask for a better therapist.

I had a sports massage with Denise, who was amazing. She helped loosen my hips and quads, and showed me different exercises to increase the mobility of my hips. She also massaged the tightness from my upper back and neck, which are stiff from long days at a desk job. On top of that, she is an extremely friendly person who is easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Had a sports massage session with Denise. She is very knowledgeable at spotting my tight areas (which I had grown to think were normal over the years). I didn't have any problems with daily living and thought the joint cracks on my shoulders and back were normal, but she identified these issues and helped with deep tissue/muscle massage. She also taught me some simple exercises to do at home/in the office. Denise is also very friendly and approachable when sharing her specialized knowledge. I'm thankful that my colleague introduced me to this place for sports massage. 10/10. Would recommend for stiff shoulders or other problem areas. :)

I really appreciated the sports massage sessions I've had with Denise. She was able to quickly pinpoint my problem areas during the sessions and also assigned exercises that would help me alleviate my symptoms outside of those sessions. Would highly recommend!
