It was melted when I bought it. There was a $3 sign, but when I looked at the receipt, it was $9 for a single ice cream.
Too expensive for melted, mushy ice cream.
It's also terrible that the store doesn't display prices.

Scammed at an unreasonable price.

Very poor service. The lady at the counter is extremely rude and doesn't have a customer service mindset.

Had a horrible experience here. Got cotton candy for my son. It disintegrated within a minute, just melting. When we complained to the staff, they said it was normal and wouldn't do anything.

Since it is an unfamiliar brand, my friend and I wanted to try 1-2 flavors before payment. To our surprise, after one tester, they said we could only taste a second flavor if we bought an ice cream. I lost my appetite hearing this, really. Although my friend got one ice cream (as she had already tried the tester), I did not get any. Such poor service for a simple ice cream. Not fun, guys.

It's a nice place with good decoration and good service staff. My daughter and I really love the taste and everything about this shop.

Compared to many others, I had a good experience. I went twice. The first time, I had the Single Scoop Cone with mango sorbet, and the second time, with raspberry sorbet. They were both nice, but I preferred the mango flavour, which was bolder and fruitier. Not too sweet, it was good. The scoops were generous, and the cone was nice too. I couldn't complain, apart from having to finish it quickly because of the heat! It is a takeout-only stall. I was served by two different ladies. Both were pleasant. I am originally from London, and this was not pricey in comparison.
