The indoor setting is a bit dull and cramped. Outdoor atmosphere is good, but it was too hot on that night. I'd recommend coming only for drinks and snacks. Main dishes are not tasty.

They offered a 1-for-1 drink during off-peak, but marked up the price to $19 for a 500ml Paulaner. Mojito 1-for-1 for $21.
Fries are not as crispy as I would have liked. The truffle sauce is nice, though.
Service is fast and efficient. They also actively try to attract passersby.

Food Rating (Overall): 2.5/5
(Note: My ideal 'comfort food' would be 5/5)
Nice location to chill. The food standard has dropped significantly, thus relatively expensive for the price. The main draw is still the 1 for 1 drink. They have a good variety of beer to choose from.
Recommended items:

The food averages 2.5/5.
The drinks average 3.9/5.

Lovely place for dinner and drinks. Situated right outside The Central and facing the Singapore River, you can enjoy the views while chilling the evening away. 1-for-1 happy hour alcohol to accompany your evening, averaging about $10 for a pint, cocktail, or wine. More than enough varieties to choose from. There are also non-alcoholic beverages and ciders for light drinkers.
Have been here a few times. Food never fails to satisfy. First time trying their Asian food, and it was also good compared to the Western cuisines. Do order their thin-crusted pizzas. Just fantastic 😋

I have to give a positive review because of the amazing attitude of the staff, particularly Mathew. On several occasions, I have attended this venue in a big group. Attention paid to individual requests has been superlative. I’m serious, the level of personal service is way beyond expectations. I highly recommend.

My first visit to SQUE Rotisserie & Alehouse was a delightful experience. The food was delicious, complemented by an awesome view. The staff **was** friendly and provided excellent service. The ambiance was enhanced by great music, and the outdoor seating added to the overall charm. Additionally, the drink promotions were impressive. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience.

Epic place to watch a heavy tropical rain fall. Beers are cold. Food is tasty. Service is very attentive. Perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon or the beginning of a memorable/unmemorable night…

4 stars, but don't order the burger. Pre-frozen, undercooked patties and processed cheese were awful. Chicken skewers are tasty, the staff are friendly, and there's a nice view of the river.

Awesome place to stop for a few good drinks and a bite to eat. We were in transit in Singapore and went here for a couple of hours. The service was exceptional. The staff were courteous in considering where to sit us to avoid the sun. The drinks are 1 for 1; they bring you your second drink without having to wait. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. We had the spring chicken and NZ beef sirloin. Good value for money. I would recommend.

This is a great spot for casual dining with a lively riverside view. The menu offers a wide range of options, and they have great set lunch offerings.
They also have a good variety of happy hour drinks. Service is friendly, though it can get a bit slow. Overall, a great lunch spot!

Nice place to hang out by the river. They have a good selection on their menu. We ordered their cheese quesadillas, pork ribs, and NZ beef sirloin. Out of those, our favourite was the cheese quesadillas. Pork ribs were slightly dry, but they were okay with the BBQ sauce.

Nice location with a view over the water. A great place for beer, drinks, and quite a good selection of food: satay, nachos, chicken quesadillas, pasta, and other things. Their sausage platter is nice. They have happy hour on certain beers, ales, and cocktails. It has a relaxed vibe, and there's often a big crowd here.

I've come to this place on Friday evening. The happy hour deal is pretty great, I must say. Food was of good quality and delivered pretty fast. There is also quite a large choice of beer, so you can find something to your liking. The place is outdoors but doesn't feel too hot next to the river.
