The location of this salon recently changed to Clarke Quay Central. I came across Into Beauty through a Fave voucher for a massage and facial.
Firstly, the salon required me to fill out a form with all my personal information. When asked why, they claimed they needed to match my details with Fave's (which is complete baloney, if you ask me).
The massage was pretty decent, and there was an option to top up $20 for a gua sha massage. The one-hour facial was completely lackluster and below mediocre in terms of extraction.
After the session, the store manager started going off like a machine gun, trying to hard-sell one-hour session packages priced at $58 per session. The prices are not expensive, but the services are merely so-so.

The rooms were rather small. The massage was okay, but the facial was terrible. I'm not sure what product they used, but it made my skin sensitive, with red patches, swelling, and itchiness! Luckily, I didn't sign up for their package. I definitely won't go back again!

We had a massage and facial. The service was pretty good until they kept hard-selling their package even after we said we weren't interested.
During the facial, they did not explain what they were putting on my skin, and not much briefing was done before they proceeded with the treatment.
However, all of these issues could be overlooked as my friend and I only paid $19 via FavePay. I would not visit again, as I have been to even better facials and massages.

Bought a 2.5-hour massage and facial package, and truly enjoyed the whole experience! Hannah is very skillful and attentive. There was a bit of hard selling at the end, but overall the experience was positive.

Went for a facial today, and Hanna was very meticulous and good at doing the facial and massage too. Highly recommend her services. She was very professional during the facial, and afterward, she promoted some of her packages. I will seriously consider her packages.

Bought a massage + facial package after a trial session. The massage is better than the facial. There was some hard selling, and one experience was particularly stressful: three staff members tried to sell me additional packages when I still had 12 sessions left. I had to practically stand up and walk away before they stopped. That said, I asked them not to sell me any packages when I booked my next appointment via WhatsApp, and they did lay off the pressure after the session.
