I am glad to have found Gina as my personal trainer. She tailors appropriate exercises to help me build my strength and stamina. The exercises are varied, fun, and interesting. I like that she explains the purpose of each exercise clearly and ensures I perform them properly and safely. She also makes sure that I warm up properly before each session and perform adequate stretching afterward. I have also learned many exercises that I can do on my own at home. Gina is a really easy-going and caring person. I appreciate that she regularly checks in on me after every training session. I am making good progress in achieving my training objectives!

Have been training with Gina for about 7 months. She is very professional during every PT session. She constantly checks if I am feeling well before and after each session. She is also very encouraging and fun, which makes every session very enjoyable. Their new gym is cosy and clean to train at! Do check it out!

I trained with Melissa and very much enjoyed all my sessions with her. Melissa is very patient, encouraging, and attentive, always taking my feedback and limitations into consideration. The gym is small and cosy, and I really appreciate the privacy.

I was recommended by a friend to Coach Jiewen. I was looking for a more effective and efficient way to lose weight and to avoid exercise injuries. Coach Jiewen is a very dedicated, committed, and caring coach who provides a lot of guidance and encouragement. There wasn't a session where I left without feeling better about myself.

A great place to train. JG FIT offers a great variety of functional equipment, Olympic barbells, trap bars, pulley systems, and free weights. You can find almost anything here. On top of that, JG has a great team of trainers who are knowledgeable and empathetic and can help you achieve your goals.

It was a pleasure to train with Gina. I definitely learned a lot of new techniques and gained insight into proper food intake throughout these 16 weeks. It’s time for me to put them into good use and be more independent. Thank you for pushing me beyond my limits, encouraging me when I doubted myself, and celebrating my progress with me. I've been training with Melissa for 6 months now (yes, we have the same name 😬) and my goal has always been strength. For context, due to my job in healthcare that required manual handling of clients, and the fact that I started off really unfit, I was constantly experiencing injuries and sprains. I really appreciate her making adaptations to my workout so we could work the same muscle groups with modifications. She gives great advice and backs it up with articles, videos, and Science. Today, there's a big difference in my energy, strength, and the confidence they've equipped me with to walk into any gym (e.g., a hotel gym), adjust the equipment, and get my workouts in. I love training with weights now; I no longer feel intimidated nor restricted to treadmills. I just took my nephews and daughter through a 3-hour treetop obstacle course during the holidays and didn't feel like dying. Sure, everywhere hurts the next morning, but I couldn't have done this without months of intentional conditioning and strengthening. From what I've observed, the trainers look after you holistically, training is always conducted at a pace comfortable for you, the space feels really cosy and safe, and I cannot recommend them enough. Special thanks to Jiewen, Gina, and of course, Melissa! I cannot wait until January 2025 to start my training again ❤️

After trying out two PT trials (one with another gym and one with JG Fit), I decided to begin my fitness journey with Gina at JG Fit, drawn by its convenient location and the exclusive one-on-one training. I lost 3kg, and my body fat percentage decreased by 2% after 32 sessions over 5 months. As a result, I am not only seeing myself change physically but also gaining self-confidence and developing an awareness of eating right, healthy, and clean foods. I decided to continue the training, as I wanted to achieve further progress in terms of body fat reduction, posture, flexibility, and how to use gym equipment safely and effectively. I really enjoy most of the training sessions. I am looking forward to my next session with you, Gina, my first personal trainer. Thank you!

Great learning environment. Trainers are patient and will pace with you. The environment itself is clean, and basic amenities (e.g., water and toilets) are well-maintained. Gina is a great trainer and isn't judgmental, despite it being my first time doing anything physical in my life. Appreciate her!
