I had a pleasant experience with scaling and polishing, as well as wisdom tooth removal. The scaling and polishing was done by Jinna, which made the experience very fuss-free. She paid attention to the minor details, ensuring the process was as comfortable as possible. The wisdom tooth surgery was performed by Dr. Chia, with the assistance of Shirley. The overall experience was exceptional. Both Dr. Chia and Shirley were very professional at every step of the way. Dr. Chia's constant assurance before and during the procedure made me feel significantly less scared (a feeling I definitely had when I first arrived). Lastly, I would also like to give a shout-out to the great service by the entire team, including the receptionists and nurses who administered the X-ray/CT scan. This clinic is highly recommended for those looking to undergo dental procedures.

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Dr. Rebecca was very gentle and nice while doing scaling and polishing. I will surely come regularly and recommend her to my friends. I had a painful impacted wisdom tooth and was holding back surgery because I was so scared of the pain. I read several reviews on Dr. Chia’s skillful and painless surgery, so I took the leap of faith, and I have to agree the entire procedure was so painless. Prior to anaesthesia being injected, a numbing spray is given so you feel nothing at all. During the surgery, because I was too scared, they covered my eyes, but Dr. Chia patiently explained every step before he executed it, and before I knew it, it was over. One extraction and one wisdom tooth surgery took less than 20 minutes. He even cracked some jokes to lighten up the mood after seeing me being scared. I was terribly afraid; I actually burst into tears, and the nurses, Joyce and Ivy, were super nice! They even comforted and reassured me and cheered me on, making me feel less alone during the procedure. And thereafter, they clearly explained the medications to take and aftercare. Of course, expect some soreness and dull pain over the next few days because anaesthesia wears off, but nothing a painkiller cannot fix. I will definitely make this my go-to dentist (I have had bad experiences with dentists, so I’m glad to find a good one). Thank you to the amazing team for making my surgery less scary (especially because I still have two more to remove). Also, I love that the clinic is so pink and cozy!
