The store was not open as of Saturday, 11:30 AM. Hours are meant to be 11 AM - 8 PM on Saturdays.

Worst experience ever! Never seen such rude customer service! No one was in the shop, and my sister was just moving the luggage a little to see the luggage compartment. Then she went to the other side to touch a bag, and the salesperson told her, "not to act like a gangster and touch the things." I told him that it was very rude of him, and he was not at all apologetic! He just said, "I don't need your business," and told us to get lost! I have never written a review for anything! This was too unreasonable, and I hope the company will look into the matter.

RUDE!!! Attitude from the owner; at first, they were very friendly. When I wanted to take a photo, they said I couldn't because I wanted to show the bag to my friend (which was okay by me; I wasn't even taking anything, and it was so WEIRD why I couldn't take photos – it's not like it was their own brand or anything). Then, when I wanted to walk out without saying anything, the uncle said a rude thing like, "If you don't buy, get out of my store." What's even worse, the aunty at the cashier said "get out" very suspiciously. I didn't even say anything. What's their problem? Weird!!!! I've never been harassed like that before. I don't mind being told not to take photos, but there's no need to be so rude to your customer who didn't even say anything. Hope your business grows with that kind of attitude!!!

Tucked on the second floor of Central, you will find a small shop with lots of bags. They offer nice travel, daily use, and camera bags. The staff is very nice.

Good experience buying a backpack for short travel. Case Logic products are world-class, good quality, and durable. The staff was helpful in finding the right product. They also gave a discount which is valid until CNY.

The shop is open, not closed like the other reviews state. However, I think they are open from 12 PM, not 11 AM as stated on Google. I called at 11:30 AM, but there was no answer. I tried again at 12:30 PM, and the owner picked up. I met the owners of the place. They are a very friendly husband and wife couple. I even had a nice conversation with both of them. I think the previous negative customer reviews were about their staff, not them (I was told they let go of the rude staff). I went down to buy a laptop bag and ended up buying a backpack as well. They took time to let me explore and explain the bags to me. They have luggage and a range of other brands, not only CaseLogic bags.
