The latest addition to the Drinks & Co. portfolio, Chapters by Drinks & Co. is conceived as a sophisticated yet relaxing dining destination with a storybook theme, inviting guests on a gastronomic journey that's mysterious and mesmerizing.
Ambience is attractive, drawing from fantasy elements. Step into the surreal spotlit great dining hall with a gleaming golden bird cage over plush booth seats, with book pages floating overhead. Next to the neon-lit batik print arch is a bookcase with a secret private chamber, while the dramatic rainbow bar exudes elegant sophistication. The alfresco treehouse with comfortable lounge seats offers a view of the waterfront, and is the most popular space here.
Service is superb, with staff affording each table good attention. I note they quickly greet and seat guests, and clean up efficiently when diners leave. Staff display good product knowledge of the menu, able to describe dishes as they're served, and also offer to clear finished plates proactively. Requests are promptly fulfilled, and I understand they're able to host business meetings and events here.
Food is Modern Singaporean cuisine, a fusion of Western and Asian influences, wholly unique and fantastic. Dishes are made from scratch, consistently well-executed and of good quality, but this also means some waiting time before they're served. Ingredients and sauces are combined intelligently, never overwhelming each other, but pairing perfectly within each bite.
Portions are large and hearty, and may either be consumed individually or shared among others (sharing is recommended). As with their other outlets, the wine selection boasts a good range of drinks. Prices command a premium for the gourmet quality; budget about SGD $102 per person for a full meal plus drinks.

Great meal! We were looking for some authentic Malay cuisine but couldn't find any. We decided we'd sit outside at Chapters and got a table right on the river. Ryan, our waiter, really looked after us. We ordered chilli crab dip, chicken satay skewers, and prawns with chorizo, and all were first class and delicious. I would highly recommend this place. And while you're there, have a premium Singapore sling — better than the one we had at Raffles!

My best memory of our Singapore trip is this restaurant: the view of the river, the great service, and the excellent dishes! The best was the Salt and Pepper squid and Chili Crab dip – simply delicious!

We just randomly picked this restaurant, and it's a great spot close to the water.
For the appetizer, we got Nachos; it was a bomb! We weren't expecting them to be so perfectly warm, tasty, crunchy, and full of meat. A must-try!
The seafood pasta was balanced and tasty too. The deep-fried chicken was amazing – not too much breading, but plenty of chicken. The dessert is also a must-try.
The service was responsive to customer inquiries and concerns, and they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will go back again.

Wonderful dinner! We loved the chicken satay, chicken parmigiana, and Caesar salad. Moscow mule drinks were perfect! Our waiter, Ryan, was the best! He provided fast service and was very attentive. Great dinner with a view of the river!

Kerry was amazing! As two Aussies and a Thai on their last night in Singapore, we stopped at this establishment — the very first one we encountered — just for a wee look, mind you. It suddenly turned into beer, wine, and dinner. And it was so well worth it! The Caesar salad was spot on!
We couldn't fault anything at all, and Kerry's great personality certainly clinched the deal to eat here. Thank you.

This was good. I had dinner here whilst walking around Clarke Quay. Unsure of what to have, I was glad I stopped here. Not as loud or rowdy as the other places nearby. Nice atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Good service. I had the grilled king tiger prawns (5 pieces), which comprised grilled seasoned tiger prawns, roasted Dutch potatoes, Australian mesclun salad, plum cherry tomatoes, lemon, micro cress, Peruvian pepper berries, and spicy home-made sesame sauce. To drink, I had the Ginger Ale. Food was lovely and generous in portion size. It was not cheap at all! It was a lovely dinner with a nice view of the Singapore River and skyline.

Chapters by Drinks and Co. is an amazing place by the waterfront. The service was great; Charles took great care of us. He was very friendly and helpful in selecting our meal choices and drinks. The whole staff was great. The food portions were big, enough for two to share. You have to try the Premium Singapore Sling cocktail. Amazing!!!

Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of, which truly elevated the entire occasion. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism was a standout.
And then there’s the food—absolutely delicious and expertly prepared to delight our taste buds. It’s one thing to have great service, but when paired with outstanding food, the experience becomes unforgettable.
Kudos to the team at Chapters by Drink&Co for making this celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect dining experience!
