Walked in, greeted by a waitress. As soon as we sat at the bar, the head bartender, with a rude tone, informed us no order would be taken at the bar. It took two waitresses to take our orders, and they still came out wrong after a long time. It's a pity; it's a nice place, but the customer service is terrible.
I have to compliment a young girl with a pink top. She got our orders sorted, but the boss lady at the bar was stressing her out.

Extremely rude hostess. I never post reviews but I just had to this time. Coming from a family with our own restaurant business, working in the service industry for years and just being a customer to many different restaurants/bars, the hostess at this place stood out to me. I have never witnessed a hostess telling a customer F you for giving some feedback.
Their drinks were really good. Other wait staff were great as well. But I definitely won't be coming back here.

The smokey duck and pepperoni pizzas tasted subpar. The BBQ sauce overpowered the smokey duck pizza, and the pepperoni pizza was just meh – nothing much to talk about. I ordered truffle fries, but the order didn't arrive despite asking different waitresses more than 5 times and waiting over an hour 😩.
The Long Island Tea tasted like ice lemon tea, and this is coming from someone who doesn't even drink much. I had to request for more alcohol.
I'd recommend it as a place to drink, so it's not a place for me 🙅🏻♀️.

My new favourite place! Visited 4 times in Feb. Good cold draft beer and yummy margarita! Very nice place! Half-priced "ugly lobster roll" was pretty good! I really like how they cooked the seafood, especially the clams and squid, but wish it came with more seafood and less bread hehe. (I don't know if you can see the lobster roll vs. my hand size) Would give 5 stars, but the service crew seems a bit cold at times, even on a Sunday night. Apart from that, full marks!

Great vibes, great service, and great cocktails. The bartender and host were super friendly. The bartender also took the time to explain the cocktails to us and how she made them. We just ordered 3 cocktails, and all of them were great (mojito, pina colada, see you tomorrow). Super bang for your buck! Would come back again!

I got the August promo: $10 for a burger, side of fries, and a glass of Coke. Very worth it!
The buns and fries were so delicious. I couldn't stop munching on the fries even after my stomach reached its max capacity.
To top it off, the server was also so sweet and really made the experience at Coyote Ugly a pleasant one :)

We were there with some friends tonight, and kudos to the small team of waitresses they have despite the large space. It was super busy and packed, but we got the drinks quite fast! The small Chinese girl took our orders, and we got the drinks within 10 minutes, with only one person behind the bar. Great prices as well! We love this place and will definitely be back again!

Had an amazing time as usual at Coyote Ugly last night! The ambience and customer service were great. The burgers/pizza are delicious, and the alcohol is affordable and packs a punch (I especially recommend the Rum Desire tower/the 1m of fun shots)! It's definitely my go-to bar for bringing both my regular drinking buddies and friends who've never been here before. Everyone is sure to have a great night here. I'll be back again soon! 🥳

The ambiance is really good, and prices were also decent. It has a livelier vibe than many other bars, but the service was moderate or poor, as the waitress was a bit rude, displayed a "dead" attitude, and also forgot one of our orders. Other than that, it was a 9/10 place.

Love it here. The food is nice, drinks are affordable, and the atmosphere is lovely. The sad thing is, the bull machine and pool are out of service during this COVID period. I will be back again.
