It was difficult to get in contact with her (or anyone else) in the firm, but thankfully, as the date for signing legal documents approached, we heard back from her promptly. She was also kind enough to set some time aside for my family to explain things further; however, we did not need to in the end. The receptionist at the front office counter, however, needs to be more welcoming. She was curt and unfriendly when we walked in and warmly asked if we could meet with Josephine. I'm not sure why that experience occurred.
